Property Manager | Construction & Asset Management
Rich provides property management expertise to ensure LIFT properties are presented to the highest standard of maintenance and performance, in accordance with the Local Planning Authority (LPA), Hard Facilities Management Agreement (HFMA) and Maintenance Support Arrangements (MSA).
Rich’s responsibilities include ensuring facilities services are undertaken in compliance with the HFM contract, Facilities Management (FM) and operational reporting; maintenance in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA); property improvements and defects work. He ensures all Health and Safety audits and inspections are undertaken in a timely and accurate manner to ensure the properties remain compliant with legislation and the LPA.
Rich provides technical support to the LIFT Administrator to ensure all insurance claims are closed in a timely manner.
Rich previously worked at Integral UK as Regional Facilities Manager, responsible for HM contract management on a portfolio of 14 NHS LIFT buildings. He also worked for CBRE and Mitie in Facilities and Account Manager roles. He spent seven years in the Royal Air Force as a Movements Controller and studied at Sheffield Hallam University, gaining a Higher Education Certificate in Facilities Management and BIFM Level 4 Qualification.
