Phil’s role as Chief Investment Officer involves taking the lead in securing funding and investment for Prime’s development pipeline and that of its joint venture companies.
This includes building and developing relationships with investors, funders, financial institutions, banks and advisors, while being at the forefront of funder market trends and opportunities. Working within a project environment, Phil advises on the best legal and commercial structures, ensuring the best value for money outcome for all stakeholders. Phil leads the Investment Team and has a senior position in maximising the profitability and value of the Prime Group.
