Executive Assistant and HQ Facilities Manager | Administrative, Asset Management

In her role as Executive Assistant, Liz provides vital support to Prime’s Chief Executive, Leighton Chumbley and Executive Chairman, Richard Laing.

Liz leverages her expertise in facility and property management to ensure that Prime’s headquarters maintains the highest standards of maintenance and operational performance. She takes charge of establishing and maintaining the appropriate supply chain necessary for seamless service delivery at the headquarters, overseeing annual contractor evaluations, and managing tenant care and liaison.

Additionally, Liz takes on the responsibility of preparing and disseminating meeting materials for the Prime Group. She is one of Prime’s Mental Health First Aiders and a Wellbeing Champion. In these capacities, she actively contributes to Prime’s Wellbeing strategy by suggesting wellness initiatives and activities, encouraging colleagues to access wellbeing opportunities, and sharing best practices across the organisation.

Liz has previously worked in senior PA and EA roles in London and has a BTEC National Diploma from Westminster College, London.
