As Prime’s Construction Manager, Alex provides a valuable link between the client, the Prime development team and contractors during the construction phase of a project, ensuring that building work remains on programme, on budget and is carried out to the highest possible standards.
As a trained building surveyor, Alex has a very technical knowledge of construction and a keen eye for detail when visiting a site. This makes him adept at identifying and resolving issues as they arise to ensure that finished projects deliver safe and compliant buildings to meet and exceed client expectations. Alex’s strength lies in his adaptable approach to project management, understanding the nuances of working in the public sector and the need for flexibility to accommodate complex decision making processes and changing priorities.
