Park View Primary Care Centre

Carnoustie is famous for more than its golf tournaments as it also houses a £4 million Prime health and social care centre, providing extended medical services to over 12,000 patients.

Patient services include a minor surgery suite, physiotherapy, podiatry, speech therapy, nursing and midwifery, health visitors and an outpatient clinic. The facility replaced the 1970s trust-owned building, which had been condemned as too small and inadequate for the provision of healthcare services fit for the 21st Century. The new site, situated on part of Pitskelly Park, at the edge of the town centre, is ideally located for easy access from the town centre and surrounding areas. The building is a state-of-the-art landmark building that is accessible to everyone.
