    Customer / Client first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title, Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers
    Applicant / Temp / Intern CV
    Professional Contact first name, last name, title, Contact Data includes email address and telephone numbers
    Supplier / Trader / Consultant / Contractor first name, last name, title, Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers
    Sub-Contractor first name, last name, title, Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers
  3. We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
  4. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

3.0 What are the reason Prime Plc collects Personal Data?

Legal Obligations

    1. Prime Plc uses personal data firstly to fulfil any contractual obligations that exist between us and yourself. Where we request personal data be provided to enter into, or meet the terms of any such contract, you will be required to provide the relevant personal data or we will not be able to deliver the goods or services you want. In such cases the lawful basis of us processing the personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract.

      • To provide for our financial commitments, or to relevant financial authorities.
      • To comply with regulatory requirements and any self-regulatory schemes.

    2. You may withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data for these purposes at any time; after a withdrawal of consent request is received, we may have to contact you to verify the request.
    3. Withdrawing your consent for us to process your personal data will not affect the lawfulness of the processing beforehand.

4.0 Where does Prime Plc obtain Personal Data from?

  1. We will collect personal data directly from you in various ways. This could include when you complete an online form, or if you provide the data directly to a representative of Prime Plc.
  2. We collect some personal data from publicly accessible sources such as web searches.
  3. We may also gather personal data by any of the following methods:

    • Identity and Contact Data from publicly available sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the European Economic Area (EEA).

5.0 Who will Prime Plc share your Personal Data with?

  1. To achieve the above stated purposes for which we process your personal data, we may have to share your personal data with certain third parties.
  2. We shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that any third-party we share your personal data with is also compliant with data protection law.

6.0 Where will Prime Plc store your Personal Data?

  1. We will not transfer your personal data to any country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) other than those that have been granted an adequacy decision under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.0 How long will Prime Plc keep your Personal Data?

  1. This one is fairly straight forward; if you notice that the data we have about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request we rectify the mistake. We will make every effort to respond to requests of this type immediately.

The Right to Erasure

  1. Otherwise known as the ‘right to be forgotten’, this gives you the right to request your personal data be deleted.
  2. This is not an absolute right; if you were to request that we erase your personal data, we would erase as much of that data as we could but may have to retain some information if it is necessary.
  3. Were we have received a request for personal data to be erased, if it is necessary for us to retain some of that information we shall ensure that the remaining data is used only when and where it is absolutely necessary.

  1. The right to object is a basic freedom all democracies enjoy. If you wish to object to the way we use, or have used, your personal data you may do so freely.

The Right to Complain

  1. We will always try to maintain the highest standards and encourage the confidence our customers have in us as an organisation.
