Prime has been named as a finalist for LaingBuisson’s Property Developer of the Year Award. The award recognises developers with an excellent track record of site development in the health or social care sectors. Prime is one of six companies to make the 2019 shortlist.
To be considered for the Award, Prime demonstrated expertise in site identification, design, planning, development and funding. The submission also provided evidence of exemplary client service.
Featuring examples of innovative solutions tailored to client needs, the entry details new projects reaching financial close in the past 12 months. These include a specialist hospital supporting a partnership between HCA Healthcare UK and University Hospital of Birmingham NHS Financial Trust, the Hereford Medical Centre, a pioneering healthcare hub central to delivering the city-wide primary care strategy and a new 176-bed key worker accommodation complex for Yeovil District Hospital.
The LaingBuisson Awards team received an impressive number of submissions from across the UK, reaching an all-time high this year. Already a fixed point in the calendar, the Awards are expected to be even bigger in 2019 indicating plenty of activity in the UK health and social care sector.
Leighton Chumbley, Chief Executive for Prime plc said: “We are extremely proud to make the shortlist for the LaingBuisson Property Developer of the Year Award.
To win this award would be a testament to the Prime team and our pioneering clients, many of whom work across the interconnected worlds of health and care. Together we use our specialist knowledge – from patient experience to financing – to bring transformative benefit to every project.”
Prime will find out if it has secured the award at a gala dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel on November 13, 2019, hosted by Jo Brand.
