Prime named one of the Best Places to Work in Property for the second year running

Prime has been recognised as one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ at the Property Week awards ceremony 2019.

The company was one of 40 businesses from across the property sector to be recognised by Property Week magazine for boasting a best-in-class work environment. The awards ceremony was attended by Liz Squibb, Rob Aulsford, Hayley James and Sophie Price from Prime.

Leighton Chumbley, Chief Executive at Prime said: “This is the second time we’ve been shortlisted for this award which is fantastic. Prime is an exciting, interesting and challenging place to work. We are the home of compassionate, inquisitive minds. The business brings together leading industry-specific property, legal, financial, construction and marketing expertise working together to deliver outstanding property solutions across the whole of healthcare.”

Prime was judged favourably across eight key areas, including workplace environment, leadership and planning, culture and communication, role satisfaction, training and development, pay and benefits, relationship with supervisor and overall engagement.

Prime currently has 50 staff, based at its Worcester office in the heart of the West Midlands, and has clients nationwide. Employees benefit from a generous annual leave entitlement, a bonus scheme based on company performance and a dynamic working environment with opportunities for training and development.
