Prime named as one of the best places to work in property

Prime has made Property Week’s shortlist of the ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ 2018.

Prime has made Property Week’s shortlist of the ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ 2018.

The company was among some 50 businesses from across the sector to be recognised by Property Week magazine for being a progressive and exciting place to work.

Leighton Chumbley, Chief Executive at Prime said: “This was the first year we’ve entered the awards, so to be shortlisted first time was great, but we know that Prime has the potential to be a winner. It’s a fantastic company to work for and we have put a lot of effort into developing a culture where our employees are happy, motivated and productive.”

To be chosen for the shortlist, Prime was judged favourably across a number of key areas, including staff engagement, leadership and planning, culture and communication, employee satisfaction, work environment, training and development, pay and benefits.

Prime currently has 52 staff, based at its Worcester office in the heart of the West Midlands. Employees benefit from a generous annual leave entitlement, a bonus scheme based on company performance and a dynamic working environment with opportunities for training and development.

Leighton concluded: “We’ve learned a lot from the awards entry process and will be back next year with an even stronger entry to show the industry why we are the Best Place to Work in Property.”
