Prime has appointed Richard Powell in a new post as Director of Construction Strategy.
Richard has senior management experience in construction businesses including Hall and Tawse, Bovis Lendlease and Skanska where he was responsible for the procurement and commercial management of the £350m Royal Derby Hospital.
Richard joined listed developer St Modwen Properties in 2006 where he was Group Construction Director until 2019.
