Investors in People award Prime gold accreditation

Prime is delighted to have been awarded ‘We invest in people, gold accreditation’ by Investors in People.

The accreditation follows a rigorous inspection process which included interviews with Prime employees and a staff survey.

As one of the UK’s leading health and care developers, we employ talented people in a range of diverse roles. What unites us is our ability to solve complex problems collaboratively, and have fun in the process.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Prime. Gold accreditation on ‘We invest in people’ is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Prime in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

Commenting on the award, Toni Barratt, Head of People and Wellbeing at Prime, said: “One of the reasons we achieved this is because of the bold and innovative steps we have taken with our working practices and the fact that everyone has embraced this challenge. Our survey results were fantastic.

“Thanks to all our staff who were interviewed and completed the survey. It is the time and effort we all invest in making Prime the company it is that led to this achievement.”

Our scores are well above the average for businesses in our sector and also the IiP average for businesses as a whole. We are very proud of our people and our values. We look forward to evolving and improving even further.

Only 17% of organisations achieve gold and it means that every single Prime employee is involved in supporting each other and is doing their best to make our work as good as it can be.

Investors in People believes that the success of an organisation begins and ends with people. It currently has a community of more than 11 million people across 15,000 organisations in 75 countries.
