Interserve Prime confirmed for NHS Property 2015

Prime will be at NHS Property 2015 to share its innovative work on commercial estates partnership solutions to delegates from the healthcare sector.

Prime will be at NHS Property 2015 to share its innovative work on commercial estates partnership solutions to delegates from the healthcare sector.

The annual conference, being held on 17 November at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster, brings together 200 senior representatives from property, finance and commissioning, including speakers from NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships, hospital trusts and CCGs.

Prime will be attending as Interserve Prime (IP), its joint venture with international support services and construction group Interserve. With the NHS facing increased levels of demand and reduced access to capital funding, IP will be hosting a work session focused on partnering to achieve innovative estates funding solutions.

Using its work with University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) as a case study of how a commercial estates development partnership can work in practice, UHS’ Development Projects Director, Nick Johnson, and Interserve Prime Directors Leighton Chumbley and Andrew Jowett will be showing delegates how the NHS can work in commercial partnerships to improve facilities, enhance the patient experience and generate Trust income. There will also be the opportunity to hear about UHS’ new main entrance and retail area – a multimillion pound scheme being delivered through the partnership – as well as a range of other projects, from access and car parking solutions to private patient facilities.
