Quantity Surveyor

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Location: Worcester

Salary: £50-55k (dependant on experience)

We are looking for a RICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide quantity surveying resource across the business, working with both the Project Development and Construction teams on new build and refurbishment projects.

The role will include providing pre-tender/construction cost estimates for Prime’s development schemes, preparing tender and contract documents and advising on buildability and construction programming. The successful candidate will also work on Prime’s Private Investment Construction (PIC) Framework, assisting with the day-to-day management of the framework, preparing costs plans and assessing the pricing submissions that form part of each call-off.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience post APC, with knowledge of tender processes, building contracts, construction technology, BIM and BREEAM.
