Guy’s role is to manage and co-ordinate development projects, with a particular emphasis on strategic sites.
His background as a town planner gives him valuable insight into planning requirements for different land uses, helping him to find proactive ways to unlock schemes and ensure best value for clients while also meeting clinical, operational and strategic objectives.
Guy was part of the Prime team that delivered the new £50m Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry and more recently has led on the masterplanning for an off-site development for University Hospital Southampton which will include clinical facilities and a park and ride. He is also currently working on care home developments including acquiring new sites.
