The Belong Care Village in Newcastle-under-Lyme, developed and funded by Prime, has claimed the top prize at this year’s Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) West Midlands Awards in the Community Benefit category.
Prime has been recognised as one of the ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ at the Property Week awards ceremony 2019. The company was one of 40 businesses from across the property sector to be recognised by Property Week magazine for boasting a best-in-class work environment. The awards ceremony was attended by Liz Squibb, Rob Aulsford, Hayley James and Sophie Price from Prime.
An estates strategy enables organisations to plan ahead and make best use of their assets to facilitate service improvements, commercial stability or growth, as well as drive efficiency.
Every Prime building is an original - designed to answer a specific set of challenges.
