Building Management
Prime buildings are leased on a variety of terms to suit you. The lease determines who is responsible for different types of maintenance.
A member of the Asset Management team will visit you soon after you move into your new building to identify those responsibilities and talk you through the key aspects of Building Management. This section is designed to help you with this too.
