Making a Claim
Vandalism or malicious damage must always be reported to the police. You’ll need to ask for a crime reference number in order to process your claim.
Have the property made secure as soon as possible, and keep any receipts for work carried out.
Arrange for a quote for repairs. As quotes can take a little time to collect, it’s OK to send your claim form first, and submit the quotes afterwards.
You must report the incident to us, and complete a claim form – click below to download one - we’ll pass this on to the insurers. Please confirm any third party details with your claim.
When your repairs are complete, you should forward the copy invoices to us. Once the claim has been settled by the insurers, we’ll reimburse you. The final settlement figure will be exclusive of VAT and minus any excess.
