Helpdesk

The Helpdesk team are here from 9am to 5.30pm. Outside those hours, one of the Asset Management team will take your call. Please phone as soon as you can after detecting a problem – so we can arrange for repairs quickly and defects don’t have a chance to get worse. It’s a good idea to choose one member of your team to make calls to the Helpdesk, just to make sure every concern is reported, but that you don’t report problems more than once, which might slow down repairs.

The Prime Helpdesk is the first place to call to report building defects during the first year. You can also use this after the first year if we manage your maintenance contracts.
