LIFT

We’re proud to be part of a programme that continues to  raise the standard of service provision for so many communities.

Prime is the development partner of two Local Improvement Finance Trusts: BaS LIFT, serving Birmingham and Solihull; and Prima 200, serving North Staffordshire. Over 22 schemes have been completed and there are currently 12 in the pipeline.  

Our LIFT buildings are designed to meet an increasingly wide range of community needs with health services often co-located with other public services. Developments can include pharmacies, shops,  extra care accommodation, and more.   

And now even more communities can enjoy improved facilities through Express LIFT.
