The skilled and tenacious Development Team weaves together all the essential elements required to make schemes succeed. 

This includes locating and acquiring a suitable building plot if required, and supporting the design process through close liaison with the commissioning clients and colleagues from Insight, Design and other specialist Prime teams.

Our development specialists are also responsible for managing the planning application process through continuing contact with the planning authorities and local interest groups; and for achieving a contractual close satisfactory to all.
