Energy and Ecology
Prime buildings are incorporating a growing panoply of solutions to increase energy efficiency, reduce waste and cut emissions. Construction methods specify systems which minimise the embodied energy within the materials used.

Material Difference
Prime specifies that materials should be obtained from local sources wherever possible –
a policy which contributes to the local economy. Materials should also be non-toxic, recyclable, renewable and long-lasting.

Future Proofing
Designing for the future is standard practice for Prime. If more space is required, the building’s radial plan enables independent extension of individual wings with minimal effect on the others.
