We started out in 1995 with a clear purpose: to bring state-of-the-art buildings to deprived communities.

Today, with around £250 million of developments to our name, a continuing stream of new projects, and a team of people who combine expertise and enthusiasm in equal measure – we've stayed true to this ideal.

But we don't do it by ourselves. We work in partnership with health and social care providers, local authorities, housing associations, and building users to develop schemes that deliver lasting community benefit.
